BUFFALO WILD WINGS® Pick 'Em™ Challenge
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Buffalo Wild Wings Pick ‘Em Challenge promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all current PlayersPlus® members, at participating Buffalo Wild Wings locations, who are legal residents of the United States (excluding where prohibited by law) and eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. There is no limit on the number of times one Player may win a Weekly Prize (gift card). Weekly and Overall Grand Prize winners are limited to one such prize per household. In the event that a Weekly or Overall Grand Prize winner, or a member of his/her household, previously won one of those prizes, the prize will be awarded to the next highest scorer. Employees and directors of NTN Buzztime, Inc. (“Buzztime”) or Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. Premiere Global Sports (Independent Travel Company) , (collectively “Sponsors”), information providers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertisers, advertising agencies, promotional and marketing agencies and their immediate families and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Sponsors shall be the sole judge of eligibility and their decisions are final and binding. By participating in this Promotion, each player and participating location agrees to be unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions and interpretations of Buzztime shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. TIMING: The Promotion begins on September 7, 2010 at 08:00:01 a.m. PT and continues through January 2, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT (the “Promotion Period”)

3. TO PLAY: Pick ‘Em runs every week of the professional football regular season (17-week season). During the Promotion Period at participating Buffalo Wild Wings locations, PlayersPlus members can log-in on a wireless Playmaker® gamepad or the wireless mobile iPhone app, Buzztime Mobile Playmaker™, and follow the simple instructions to pick the game winners beginning on Tuesday of each week. Pick ‘Em is a 30 minute game that airs on Wednesday night as the default game at 6pmCT and 10pmCT on the Buzztime Trivia Network. The game is also available On Demand through the manager functions; available until kick-off of the last professional football game of the week. The Playmaker version is available at the discretion of the participating location any time until kick-off of the last professional football game of the week. The Playmaker version played exclusively on in-restaurant Buzztime Playmaker devices and allows players to make their picks directly on the Playmaker at their own speed. There is no cost or purchase required to join Buzztime’s PlayersPlus or to play Pick ‘Em. For a list of Buffalo Wild Wings locations go to the Buzztime Site Finder.

No money or other thing of value may be collected, charged, contributed or exchanged as a condition of participation in this Promotion.

The object of the Buffalo Wild Wings Pick ‘Em Challenge is to accumulate the highest number of points and outscore opponents by correctly picking the winning professional football teams during the regular professional football season. Each correct pick is worth one (1) point.

In the event of national or local ties, ties will be broken using the following criteria:

1. Total points of winning team in Monday Night Football game
2. Total points of Monday Night Football game
3. If there is still a tie, Buzztime will select a winner at random (except where restricted or prohibited by law).

Note: There is no Monday game on the professional football schedule during week 17. Buzztime will in its sole discretion select one of the other games that week to be the tiebreaker game.

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)

Weekly Prize: Each week and at every participating site, the PlayersPlus member with the top Pick ‘Em score will win one (1) $25.00 Buffalo Wild Wings gift card. Total ARV of all cards=$297,500

Weekly Grand Prize
Each week, the PlayersPlus member with the highest overall Pick ‘Em score, out of all participating locations, win one (1) trip to Pasadena, California to participate in a Flag Football game at the Buffalo Wild Wings Pick ‘Em Bowl. The trip will include round trip airfare for two (2), two (2) night double occupancy hotel accommodations at the Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City and event transportation. Total ARV of all Weekly Grand Prizes =$57,800

Total ARV of all prizes = $358,700. Approximate Retail Values of prizes are just that, approximations and are not guarantees of price or value.

Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. Prizes will be awarded only upon winner eligibility verification by Buzztime. Winners must agree to abide by all restrictions in connection with the prizes including the terms and conditions of the prize providers. Taxes, if any, are the winner's responsibility. In the event of unavailability of or delay in the availability of prizes, Buzztime, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. Buzztime is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected notification or for winners' unsuccessful efforts to claim any prize. The winners will receive up to two (2) email notifications from the Sponsors to accept the prizes by return e-mail or U.S. mail to the address specified in the notification. If a winner has not accepted a prize within 10 calendar days after the two (2) email notifications attempts, prizes will be forfeited. If the winner does not receive the notification email due to an incorrect email address the prize will be forfeited and no additional prizing will be awarded to the restaurant for that week. Winner and guest must take trip on 2/11/11 – 2/13/11 or forfeit prize in its entirety. Winner and Travel companion (18 years or older unless winner is the parent or legal guardian of the travel companion) will be required to complete and return a Travel Companion Liability/Publicity Release prior to ticketing.

Gift Card Process

• Buzztime will send an email, each week to the weekly Pick ‘Em winners. Each person receiving the email will be assigned a unique promo code.
• The winner will be provided a web link to enter the unique promo code to redeem a Buffalo Wild Wings $25 gift card.
• The winner will be asked to provide personal contact information, including a mailing address for shipping of the gift card.
• Once the code is used, it cannot be used again. If someone should try to use a code again, a message will appear stating that the gift card was already redeemed.
• Buzztime, via a third party, will mail out the gift card to the redeemer.
• Buzztime and Buffalo Wild Wings are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards during transition to the winner’s addresses. In the event a gift card is lost or stolen Buffalo Wild Wings will not replace those gift cards. Defective gift cards will be replaced at Buffalo Wild Wings option, in its sole discretion.

5.ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of receiving a prize are determined by the skill of the players in a given contest and the number of participants in a tie broken by random drawing.

6.WINNER VERIFICATION & CONDITIONS: As a condition of receiving any prize, potential winners may be required to: (a) verify their eligibility by providing Premiere Global Sports or Buzztime with valid government-issued photo identification showing name and address (b) sign and return an affidavit of eligibility or equivalent document and (c) sign and return other legal documents, including tax forms, a publicity release as described below, and a full and unconditional liability release supplied by the Premiere Global Sports or Buzztime which, among other provisions, releases Premiere Global Sports or Buzztime and its subsidiaries, directors, agents, agencies, affiliates, franchisees, promoters, officers, directors, employees and related persons from any and all liability related to the Promotion and the receipt and use of the prize. Grand Prize winners and his/her guest must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Form within seven (7) days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected, time permitting. If a potential winner is eligible under these rules, but under the age of majority where s/he resides, the potential winner's parent or guardian must sign the affidavit, the liability release and the publicity release. Winners must comply with additional rules and restrictions applicable to prizes, including gift card and travel provider terms and conditions.

7.PRIVACY, USE OF PHOTO, IMAGE AND LIKENESS: By accepting a prize, winners consent to be interviewed by media as arranged by the Sponsor(s) and to the use and publishing of their individual name, home town, likeness, photograph or image, and voice by Buzztime and BWW for promotional purposes in all manner and media formats worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation to participants individually or jointly, unless prohibited by law. Winners may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release within seven (7) calendar days of notification. Non-compliance with these provisions or return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected

8.GENERAL: By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Buzztime which are final and without recourse. Buzztime’s broadcast schedule and network availability is subject to change at the discretion of Buzztime. By accepting prizes, winners agree that Buzztime is not responsible and winners will defend and hold harmless Buzztime for any claim, action, loss, injury, or damage to person or property due in whole or in part directly or indirectly to possession, acceptance, use or misuse of any prize or participation in the Promotion or any violation of these rules or the law. All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Buzztime is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions, or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Any Buzztime location whose VSAT connection, DSL connection or telephone line is not working properly may forfeit its players’ chances to win. Attempts, as solely determined by Buzztime, to abuse, cheat, circumvent, manipulate data or entries will result in participant disqualification. If the operation of the Promotion is compromised due to virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or any other cause beyond the control of Buzztime which corrupts, or impairs administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion, Buzztime reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion in its entirety and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Buzztime reserves the right to amend these rules at any time with or without prior notice. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms.

9.ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: (a) Except where prohibited by law, you as a participant agree that: (1) any and all claims, disputes and causes of action relating directly or indirectly, to the Promotion, and use of the Buzztime equipment and programming shall be resolved individually, without resort to any sort of class action and exclusively by arbitration or alternative dispute resolution as selected by Buzztime, to take place exclusively in San Diego County; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred and shall not include attorneys’ fees; and (3) in no event will a participant be entitled to obtain additional awards beyond out of pocket costs and participants hereby waive all rights to claim non-economic, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and hereby waive any and all rights to have damages or awards multiplied or otherwise increased. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions regarding the Promotion and interpretation and validity of these "Official Rules" and the decisions of Buzztime and its agents in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard for conflict of laws doctrine. Should any term of this rule or any other rule, term or condition of these Official Rules and any addendum or published notice referenced in these Official Rules be determined to be void, unenforceable or contrary to applicable law, such terms or conditions shall, but only to the extent necessary to bring the rule within the requirements of the law, be deemed to be severed from the other terms and conditions and the remainder of the Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect. Winners and participants agree that any legal action arising in connection with the Promotion, whether in tort, contract or otherwise shall be heard exclusively in the courts of San Diego County, California.

10.WINNERS LIST: The names of the winners will be posted on buffalowildwings.com, the Buffalo Wild Wings Facebook page and buzztime.com at the conclusion of the Promotion for a limited time. Requests must be received no later than February 15, 2011.
